HOW THE OSA PROCESS WORKS
We've built our project process to keep things organized from the moment you purchase your service until your completed project is back in your hands.
Select the service you need through our website. This may include Cerakote, laser engraving, gunsmithing, firearm upgrades, or another available OSA service. Your service must be purchased to begin the process.
Once your order is received, OceanStateArmory reviews the project details. We'll contact you by email with the next steps and any additional information we may need.
Local customers will receive instructions to schedule their project drop-off. Customers shipping a project to us will receive the appropriate shipping instructions.
Once received, your project is checked in and added to the OSA shop workflow. This is when your estimated shop lead time begins.
Your project moves through the appropriate stages of our shop workflow. Once the work is complete, the project receives a final inspection before being released.
We'll contact you when your project is complete. Local customers can schedule pickup, while shipped projects will be prepared for return shipping as applicable.
There is no separate project request or appointment form required to enter the OSA workflow. Select and purchase the service you need below. Once your order is received, we'll contact you with the next steps.

ABOUT OUR LEAD TIMES
Our current estimated shop lead time is 4–6 weeks. Lead time begins once your project has been physically received by OceanStateArmory and entered into our active shop workflow. Lead time does not begin on the date the service is purchased.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, service type, parts availability, custom artwork, Cerakote pattern, additional work requested, or other project requirements.
