The OSA C-Barrel Porting Service precisely machines matching ports into your slide and barrel, creating a clean, factory-inspired "C" configuration that redirects gases upward to reduce muzzle rise and improve recoil control.

Every slide and barrel are individually indicated, machined, and inspected to ensure precise alignment, consistent port geometry, and a professional finish worthy of the OSA name.

Certain models require unique port placement.

Glock 21, Glock 23, and Glock 40 utilize centered ports within the slide window.

Important Information

Barrel porting is a permanent modification performed outside the firearm manufacturer's original specifications.

Because porting changes how gases are redirected during firing, some pistols may require tuning to achieve optimal reliability. Depending on your firearm and ammunition, adjustments such as recoil spring changes or ammunition selection may be necessary.

OSA thoroughly machines and inspects every barrel and slide, but we cannot guarantee reliability with every ammunition type or aftermarket component combination.
