By machining the optic directly into your slide, your red dot sits significantly lower than adapter plate systems, creating a stronger mounting interface, improved presentation, and a more natural sight picture.

Precision Machining
The optic is machined to a depth of 0.170", allowing it to sit extremely low in the slide while maximizing screw engagement.
Integrated recoil bosses and precision-machined indexing posts surround the mounting screws to absorb recoil forces and help maintain zero, even after repeated optic removal and installation.
Unlike adapter plate systems, a direct-milled slide offers a cleaner appearance, improved durability, and a stronger mounting solution.

Every refinished slide also receives a new striker channel liner during reassembly—one of those small details that contributes to long-term reliability.
