City & State

Model (This can be whatever you want) **DEFAULT PREFIX = "MOD:"

Caliber ("MULTI" is a good choice but you can choose whatever caliber you want) **DEFAULT PREFIX = "CAL:"

Serial Number (This should be a unique 7 Digit series of numbers and letters that do not match any of your current serial numbers that you currently own or have manufactured) **DEFAULT PREFIX = "S/N:"

Turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours. Lowers must be dropped off and then picked up at a later time
