What brands do you build?
We currently offer custom builds on select lever-action rifles from Rossi, Henry, Marlin, and Smith & Wesson. Compatible models may vary depending on the package and available aftermarket components.
Can I supply my own rifle?
Yes. If you already own a compatible lever-action rifle, we'd be happy to customize it. We'll inspect the firearm and discuss available upgrade options before work begins. Contact us before placing your order
Do you sell complete rifles?
Yes. We offer complete rifle packages that include the firearm along with your selected upgrades, as well as customization services for customer-supplied rifles.
How long does a build take?
Most builds are completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on package selection, parts availability, Cerakote scheduling, and current shop workload.
Do I need to place a deposit?
Yes. Custom builds require a deposit before parts are ordered and work begins. The remaining balance is due when your rifle is completed and ready for pickup or transfer.
Can I customize one of your packages?
Absolutely. Our packages are designed to provide a great starting point, but many components, colors, optics, and accessories can be customized to fit your needs. Contact us before placing your order
Can I choose my own Cerakote color?
Yes. Choose from hundreds of Cerakote colors, camouflage patterns, or let us create a custom color combination that fits your vision.
Will my optic be mounted and zeroed?
Yes. Rifles purchased with an optic include professional installation and a range zero so your rifle is ready to use when you receive it.
Can I add accessories later?
Of course. We can install optics, slings, lights, rails, stocks, handguards, and other compatible accessories after your initial build.
Do you offer laser engraving?
Yes. We offer custom laser engraving for names, logos, dates, artwork, and other personalized designs on eligible components.
Do you ship completed rifles?
Yes. We can ship firearms to a licensed FFL dealer in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal in their state before ordering.
Are these rifles built by hand?
Although we purchase the complete rifle direct from the manufacturer, every OSA Lever Works rifle is individually assembled, inspected, and finished by us. We don't mass produce rifles—each one receives the time and attention it deserves.
