Pin & Weld Muzzle Device
Our AR-15 Barrel Pin and Weld Service ensures compliance with ATF regulations by extending your 13.7″, 13.9″, or 14.5″ barrel to the required 16″ minimum length for rifle classification. This service securely attaches the muzzle device to the barrel, effectively increasing its measured length.
We meticulously align and fasten the muzzle device to the barrel, utilizing precise torque and timing techniques. A pin is expertly drilled and installed to engage the barrel steel, followed by welding to permanently secure the attachment.
Please note that once the AR-15 barrel pinning and welding process is finalized, the gas block or barrel nut cannot be removed. Therefore, it's crucial to be certain about your choice of rail for installation, as changing it later can be costly. Additionally, we advise using a high-quality gas block to ensure optimal performance and durability.
