Purpose-Built Ergonomics
Unlike traditional ambidextrous safeties, the Q Offset Levers shift the selector paddle slightly closer to your thumb while the rifle is on FIRE.
This allows the shooter to rotate the selector back to SAFE more naturally without adjusting their firing grip—a small refinement that becomes noticeable during high-volume training or defensive use.
Because of their offset geometry, the Q levers are side-specific and should always be installed with the offset leg positioned toward the top, resembling the letter "q" when viewed in the FIRE position.
Engineered for Hard Use
The ASF was designed to eliminate one of the common weaknesses found in modular ambidextrous safeties.
Instead of relying on mounting screws to absorb operational forces, the ASF uses a precision-machined interface between the selector center and lever. A 420 stainless steel spring pin simply retains the lever—it does not bear the operating load.
Combined with extremely tight machining tolerances, this creates a selector with virtually zero wobble and exceptional long-term durability.
Premium Construction
Every major component is precision machined from billet 8620 steel, heat treated, and finished in Black Nitride for outstanding wear and corrosion resistance.

Compatibility
Compatible with most mil-spec AR-15 and AR-10 pattern receivers.
Note: On certain SR-25 pattern lowers, the long right-side Q lever may contact the receiver near the rear takedown pin. This does not affect function.
